As per our general conditions this can be done in the following way: (brief overview)
Cancellation in respect to reserved transportation from the Schiphol airport.
Cancellation up to 12 hours before the arrival of the flight.

Cancellation can be done for free up until 12 hours before the landing of the flight. For this purpose the valid arrival schedule of the airline is utilized. Cancellation needs to be done through e-mail. Per e-mail the day/time mentioned as the time of e-mail reception will be the time utilized by us as the official time of reception of the cancellation. After receiving your cancellation we will forward you a confirmation. Cancellation in respect to reserved transportation from the Schiphol airport.

Cancellation up until two hours before landing !

Cancellation can be done for free up until 2 hours before the landing of the flight. For this purpose the valid arrival schedule of the airline is utilized. The difference here compared to the cancellation up until 12 hours before landing is that (first) the cancellation needs to be done over the phone and direct by e-mial . In the case where afterwards a dispute arises between Businesstaxi / schipholhoteltaxi and the customer whether a cancellation was indeed called via the telephone or not, the customer will have to prove that the cancellation was called in within the time specifications (for example by providing a copy of the customer’s phone bill). In the case where the customer was not in compliance with the above mentioned conditions, then Businesstaxi / Schipholhoteltaxi will have the right to charge 45 euros as well as eventual additional service expenses. (This would only be the case if a reservation was placed including personal arrival service)

Cancellation in respect to transportation other than from the Schiphol airport:

Cancellation is free of charge up until 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or within two hours of making the reservation. Per e-mail the day/time mentioned as the time of e-mail reception will be the time utilized by us as the official time of reception of the cancellation. In the case the cancellation was not performed as mentioned above then Businesstaxi will have the right to charge expenses to the customer.--Credit card guaranteed reservation
While making your reservation you will be asked to pay by credit card. In the case where the passenger does not show up or the cancellation was not done as per the general conditions then the cardholder is authorizing the transporter to charge 45 euros on his or her card (meet and greet ad 9.50 euros)
One day before the actual date of the service reservation an online authorization will be requested. If this authorization is not honored by the credit card company then the transporter has the right, without having to explain, to cancel the reservation. The amount due to the transporter will be charged to the credit card of the customer.
